Hi @MatD356 When you get mini boxes disconnecting from the main SKYQ box, the usual fix is a SKYQ wifi booster placed inbetween the Main Q box and the Mini, you will need to call SKY and arrange an engineer visit to install a wifi booster (supplied free of charge) if needed.-----
